Dave, Thanks so much for this summary. The themes you highlight offer so much potential to supporters/practitioners of ODR. They are are all ones I feel some attachment to. Just to comment on a couple of them...

1) I am a mediator living in Victoria, British Columbia, and was ICT consultant to a province-wide project to pilot family mediation using ODR, and so was interested to see the stat you present around the under 35 numbers and that these folks are not "digital immigrants". Those demographics suggest (in my mind) that there is more potential for family mediation using ODR technology than previously thought!
2) having recently worked as a volunteer advisor on an e-governance project in the Philippines, I got to know and was amazed by how many Filipinos (huge numbers + english speaking!) are doing business off-shore, using Internet technologies, even though they have very few personal resources - one can only imagine what the rest (better $ resourced) of the population is doing - and where ODR/UNICTRAL fits in. ODR & Philippines is a match!

Very much looking to the ODR/Consumer forum in November.
Cheers,
Ben
